Orders

All orders made on this website are deemed offers for you to purchase our products or services. We may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products or services specified in your order. Our acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditional upon your having agreed to these terms & conditions. No other terms & conditions shall apply.

We reserve the right to limit the amount or quantity ordered to a maximum per order or customer. Should you wish to purchase in bulk, then please contact us separately with your requirements.

Prices

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices include all taxes and charges at the rate applicable as at the date these terms were last reviewed. If taxes change, then the pricing may be adjusted at the time of check out without notice to you.

Payment

All payments must be received by us prior to shipping.

We accept payment by net-banking, credit card & debit card. Our trusted payment gateway partner to process payments is HDFC Bank Ltd. When making payments you will be redirected to their servers through encryption technology. It uses encryption technology to keep payment information confidential at all times.

Shipping and Handling

We ship our products only to locations within India. We may not be able to ship to some locations. You will be able to verify whether we can ship to your delivery address at checkout stage.We will arrange for shipment of products to you.

Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any unavoidable delays in the shipments.

Food items may settle or break into smaller sections during shipment. We will endeavor to ensure that all products reach you in the same condition as at the time of dispatch, but we cannot guarantee against some “crumbling”. Should you be dissatisfied in this respect, please let us know.

We may, depending on the nature or availability of the products, split your order and deliver it at different times or using different logistics partners.

Shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order and will be shown in your order summary.

Exchanges

Food products, once dispatched, may not be returned for exchange or refund unless there is a defect in the product as set out below.

Return of Products by you

Please check that you have received all items that you ordered at the time of delivery. Except as set out further below, we will accept the return of any products that are damaged during transit, defective, incorrectly delivered, incomplete in packaging or content, leaking, puffed or otherwise at our discretion. This is subject to the conditions that within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the products by you (a) we are informed about any discrepancies and (b) the products are returned unused, in their original condition and in their original or equivalent packaging. Where the product is part of a “freebie” offer or “combo” or “bundle” with other products, you must return all products supplied as part of the freebie offer, combo or bundle.

We reserve the right to replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost to you or to offer you an alternate product. If we are not able to replace the defective product, we will refund you the entire amount including the shipping chargers within 10 working days after we receive back the product, provided the product is in unused condition.

We may require that you send us photographs of the defective or damaged products before you return them to us.

We will normally arrange collection of the goods from you for reverse shipment. If reverse shipment of product returns cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then you may be requested to return the products through other available courier services.

Changes and Cancellation

Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. We will not be able to accept any changes or cancellations after the order has been sent for dispatch to our warehouse. Cancellations can be made online or by calling customer service on the phone number on our website. Once dispatched, all sales are final.

We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if there are any problems with the payment mode selected by you.

Refunds

We will normally replace and redeliver replacement products or refund the cost of such products to you as well as the shipping charges, within 10 working days of receipt of the products back from you, (where required by us), and otherwise within 10 working days of cancellation.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for ordered items passes on to you upon delivery of the product to the address you have given us.

Product Description

We attempt to be as accurate as possible, including in the display of colors of products on our website. However, we give no warranty that the product description or color and any other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If the product offered itself is not as described your sole remedy is to return the product in its unused condition in exchange for a refund of the price paid by you.
