How to Use/Cook	Take AMBA FOODS HANDVO instant mix (200 g) in a bowl. Add 100 ml (1/2 cup) water and 50 g (5 tbsp) curd, mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Add 10 g (1 tbsp) ginger paste, 130 g (1 cup) grated bottle gourd and mix well. Sizzle mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli (2), curry leaves, asafoetida, sesame seeds in hot oil (1.5 tbsp). Add above seasoning mix to the prepared mixture. Heat 20 g (1.5 tbsp) oil in a non-stick pan, add sesame seeds and pour the mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of that and cook on a low flame for 8-10 minutes. Take half cooked Handvo on pan cover. Heat 20 g (1.5 tbsp) oil and cook the other side on a low flame for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot delicious Handvo with tomato sauce and oil. For batter taste add Garlic, Onion and other vegetables.
